We offer a standard repair service online or by post starting from as little as £10.00 per image, extra images can be quoted for when assessed. Online. What is the procedure? You send in your scanned image of the photograph requiring repair via E-mail attachment, we assess the amount of work needed and E-mail you the quote. If you are not happy with the quote we will return your image. What settings are required for the scanned image? We ask you to scan your photograph to a minimum setting of 300 dpi (dots per inch) and save as a jpeg (Joint Photographic Experts Group) just for those of you who wanted to know!! at the highest quality. What happens next if I accept the quote? Once your image has been assessed and the quote accepted we then carry out the repair work necessary, the repaired image is sent to you via E-mail with a sample watermark for acceptance and payment, once we receive payment the watermark free image along with receipt is E-mailed to you, or if you prefer saved as a jpeg file and put on a CD-ROM and posted to you. Post We can offer a repair service by post. If you are sending us the original photograph rather than a scanned copy we recommend, because of sentimental value, you send it to us via ‘Next Day Special Delivery’ please note that when we return the repaired image along with the original photograph it will incur the extra added cost for this postal service. Please send to us (address on contact page) with your image, original or scanned (see above for settings) your Name; Address; and Telephone Number; We will asses the amount of work required and contact you with the cost of repair.
